BSO strives to achieve equal representation from its members. This is done through the election process held at the General Membership meeting.
The Biloxi Soccer Organization shall be governed by the Board of Directors.
The Board shall consist of the following officers:

- Registrar - Kim Knott
- Director of Athletic Specialists of Biloxi - Greg Eleuterius
- Age Group Directors - Scott Powell
- Scheduler - Carlos Morales
- Information/Technology Director - Carlos Morales
- Equipment/ Safety Director - Vacant
- Head Referee - Scott Hannah
- Up to 8 At-Large Members - Greg Bankston, Jo Knippers, Randy Williams
The Executive Board consists of the President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
